Most approaches to getting the body, energy, and life you want dwells on calories, carbohydrates, fats, proteins, working out, and restraint. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good vs bad foods, I teach my clients how to stop looking around at what everyone else is doing and focus on what they need and recognize about their body. Through DNA and micronutrient testing, we will know exactly where to start. My counseling sessions employ realistic improvements and implement gradual, personalized, and permanent lifestyle shifting. As these pieces of knowledge accumulate, my clients uncover and release deep obstacles that have been holding them back for years. These behavioral adjustments collectively create a much larger impact on all of life than they had originally expected. We work on what you want to improve, and within the circumstances of your unique situation. My ultimate goal is to give you confidence and hear you say “I KNOW ME”.
